We launched early this morning in a bid to get our one and only trip of the day dived and done before a bad patch of weather hit. It was a beautiful morning with the sun breaking through the clouds but even as we launched you could feel the wind picking up and the chop became more noticable. Once anchored, we had everyone changed and ready to go when our first shark of the trip showed up. It turned out to be the average sized male we have been seeing the past few days with some interesting scarring to its face. This male stuck around for most of the trip but was not the only White shark to show up. We also had two juveniles, both indiviuals we have seen before and two others similar in size to our first shark of the day. The largest shark of the trip was an approximate 4.1m female that cruised in towards the end of the trip showing off her size amongst the sub-adults and juveniles. Before heading back to land we did a quick drive by the Alley to watch the seals and see if we could spot any penuins! Unfortunatley no penguins but an abundance of seals. A wonderful Winter’s morning out…

A big thank you to Neil, who provided the underwater pictures from today’s trip.
