Location: Gansbaai, South Africa

Dive site: Joubertsdam

Water temp: Moderate

Visibility:  Moderate

Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks, Cape fur seals, Short-tail stingray, Humpback dolphins

Trip Summary: Another beautiful day here with Marine dynamics. For the first trip, our guests didn’t have to wait long before the first wildlife sightings because we had a pod of 3 Humpback dolphins just 2 minutes out of the harbour. After a short ride aboard Slashfin, we arrived at our final anchoring site for the day. Our guests suited up in their 5 mm wetsuits and booties, ready for their shark diving experience! Our first Bronze whaler shark made an appearance followed by a majestic Short-tail stingray. We enjoyed spectacular sightings both from the boat and beneath the surface! What a day it was! A big thank you to all our guests for joining us today!
