Conditions: Clear skies with only slight swell and low wind which picked up towards the end of the second trip.
Some Southern Right Whales greeted us just outside the harbour on the way to our divesite this morning, setting the standard for what proved to be a truely fantastic trip! With some really great sharks around the boat almost constantly, and some really fantastic activity throughout the trip from our fantastic Great Whites! The second trip had less luck, with some very flighty sharks who came up to the boat then would swim on before returning some time later. When they did return however it was always with a bang! One big female gave us some fantastic partial breaches in her attempts on the bait line whenever she did re-appear, a real treat for our guests and even for our crew watching these marvelous creatures today!
