Today we had it all both shark and weather wise! The first trip started off a little slow, but then arrived “Riley” an amazing 3.7m male who has a satellite tag and makes extremely slow gentle passes by the cage practically rubbing his belly along it. Our biologist, Helen Pattullo, saw “Riley” again on trip 2 where he put on quite a performance for all the divers. By trip three,, the crew and I prayed he would turn up again and couldn’t believe our luck when he met us as we arrived back at our cage! Warm water and a character of a shark such as “Riley” – conditions could not have been much better for shark cage diving!
