The sharks made us wait this morning for 45 minutes before seeing our first glimpse. This individual didn’t stick around for long as it cruised by the back of the boat, which many of our sharks in the beginning we more inclined to do. The second shark of the morning was quite a surprise, due to its size! It was the smallest we have seen this year and one of the smallest we generally come across in the area, measuring in at 1.7m, it has been nicknamed “Itty Bitty”, however it’s not going to be so itty for ever! We were also lucky to have a small female name “Little Rosie” come by for a visit as well “Ingrid” the largest shark of the day, measuring in at close to 4.3m. This is one shark that leaves everyone in awe and asking where she is and if she will come back, great to be able to show our visitors this shark today. An enjoyable morning out in the bay…
