What a lovely morning for some shark cage diving! The sun was shining and the conditions on the water were great. There was a wait of 30 minutes once the boat had anchored for the first shark to arrive but it was worth the wait when a 4.5m shark came into view and wowed all those one board! We had a number of sharks visit the boat throughout this trip however they would come up and then shy away from the boat giving some slow times in between sharks. The second trip set its eyes on a shark before we had even anchored. The visibility had increased a tad bit as the day had gone on however viewing the sharks at eye level in the cage and from the boat was great today as we had numerous sharks around at the same time and could follow the shadows  on the surface. Towards the end of the trip we had a visit from the well-known “Jacob” who turned out to be one of the more active sharks of the trip, as he usually is. A great day to view these great sharks…
