Location: Joubertsdam
Water Temperature: 16.0’C
Depth: 12.3m
Visibility: 0.5m
Number of Sharks: 5+8
Conditions: Sunny with wind

The strong winds over the last couple of no sea days unfortunately blew in a lot of murky water for us, but the sharks made up for the limited visibility by providing lots of up close passes! The first shark to arrive this morning was none other than our favourite little “Ninja”, who got the trip started with some impressive jumps on the bait line. The first trip today was dominated by the smaller juveniles in the area right now, with the shark sizes ranging between 2.4m to 3.3m. Oddly enough our second trip was made up of an almost entirely new “clan” of sharks except for one little juvenile who joined us from the first trip. We also had mostly larger sharks on the second trip, including 3 males all around 3.7m and one female, who was our largest shark of the day at roughly 3.9m.  It was great to be on the water again…
