After two days off sea due to bad weather Slashfin launched very early this morning, not knowing what to expect! A cold start to a day filled with some very fantastic shark viewings over our three trips, each seeming to try and out-do the trip before, with a number of active sharks giving some fantastic passes and view to everyone on Slashfin. The first trip was frequented by some smaller sharks while the second had a visit from an old satilite tagged shark (who has since lost her tag) called Dorrie. And the third trip was treated to some big females being very active around the boat! Once the morning chill burned off it was a beautiful day out at sea with some beautiful sharks keeping everyone in very high spirits. What a fantastic return to sea this day made, especially as we never know what to expect after a storm!
