Conditions: A calm morning but wind started to pick up as time progressed
We started off a bit early today because we were expecting strong north westerly winds later on the day. We got to our dive site and the conditions were quite calm as we got on anchor. As we were attaching the cage to the boat we spotted a 3m White shark, our first of the day. As soon as people changed into their wet suits we started diving. By that time we had already seen three different sharks including a 4m White shark. Most of the sharks we spotted today were females and we were able to recognize most of them from previous days. The last shark that showed up today was the smallest with an estimated length of 2m. As time progressed the wind started to pick up so it got a bit choppy towards the end of the trip. We decided to make our way back before the swell would get even bigger and everyone was glad to come back to the shark room in the Great White house to warm up by the fire and to have some hot soup.
