Water Temp: 18.8’C

The last trip of 2012 and it didn’t disappoint! This has been a historic year for Marine Dynamics and it feels so surreal to be saying goodbye to it. We had sharks from the moment we arrived right up until the moment we left. Matilda made a brief appearance and was the biggest shark of the trip, we also sighted a satellite tagged shark named Helen too (you can follow her tracks here). It really is special to see how far both Marine Dynamics and the Dyer Island Conservation Trust has come in a year. Feel free to check out our research updates, you guys really helped make a difference today and I hope you enjoyed your trip with us!

If you are looking to get up close and personal with the great white shark then Great White Shark Cage Diving in Gansbaai, and more specifically with Marine Dynamics, is a once-in-a-lifetime experience you won’t want to miss.
