Typically this time of year is our busiest- the end of December usually means everyone in South Africa is on holiday, by the coast and want to go shark age diving! So, you can imagine our frustration when west winds forced us to cancel trips and sit on shore for a few days! We finally made it out today and despite the swell, the midday trip I guided was great. Well done to Emerson from Angola who dived with some very large sharks as his young son Amazon watched with amazement in his eyes! Two Mexican families also had great luck in the cage with shark sightings galore and two juvenille male sharks decided to fully breach out of the water in front of them! An excellent trip all round!
