Initially on arrival we were faced with an hours wait. Mini Rosie a well-known female then turned up and changed things around, swimming slowly in front of the cage. A 4.5m male ambushed the decoy and came right out of the water showing his spectacular size and power. A fantastic trip!
On our second trip we were lucky again and had sharks straight away. We were visited by nine different sharks during the trip. Mini Rosie and Dolphin Fin were around as well. It’s always nice to see some familiar sharks. Our biggest shark we encountered was over four meter and the smallest just above two meter. Towards the end of the end of the trip the shark activity slowed down a little bit, but everyone got to see these beautiful creatures from the boat and under water.
Trip 3 and this time we had an insurance company from the USA hire the boat. On arriving we were greeted by big Rosie who circled the boat elegantly, eyeballing the divers very closely. This is one of our favourite sharks she is the definition of majestic! Again the large male shark from trip one showed and spoiled us with some incredible last decoy attempts.
