Location: Joubertsdam
Water Temperature: 17.5’C
Depth: 10.9m
Visibility: 0.5m
Number of Sharks: 10+7
Conditions: Sunny

The sun was shining bright today, meaning perfect views for everyone on deck to watch the sharks passing right up close to the cage. Although the sharks were taking their time between passes, they were giving the divers some truly excellent sightings and we definitely have some big females in bay right now! Everyone was thoroughly impressed to see four sharks that were above the 4.0m mark, with the largest of them being 4.5m in length. Even with today’s limited visibility any shark that size is pretty hard to miss! At the other end of the size spectrum we had “Little Roundy”, who was keeping Pieter on his toes as he worked the bait line. It was a great day spent with the Great Whites…
