Location: Shark Alley
Visibility: 2-3m+
Water Temp: 15.5’C
Sharks Sighted: 6-8
Conditions: Choppy

We had a tight weather gap to work with between the storms today and made the most of it with a shark trip at Dyer Island. Shark Alley was our anchor site and it wasn’t long until the sharks began to arrive. It took a little while for them to begin circling as the current was strong through the Alley but before long we’d sighted 5 or 6 of them. Most of them stayed and by the end we had two large sharks making extremely close passes of the cage. By the afternoon the wind dropped and conditions were quite pleasant.
