We were all amazed today when our biggest shark of the day turned up, it was a 4.8m shark with a large prop scar on its right side.  This shark was stunning not only due to its length but also its girth, this was one very large shark in every sense of the word!  Both “Malcolm X” and “Poseidon” showed up and looked like they were competing against each other for the feistiest shark of the day; there was no clear winner, but “Malcolm X” definitely had more sneak attacks on the bait line!  We were really lucky to see a small pod of bottlenose dolphins pass in front of our boat right as two sharks were simultaneously passing the cage, what a magnificent sight!! It was truly an awesome day…-Helen
