We were getting lots of love from the wild life today! After dropping our cage for the first trip we spotted a large pod of Bottlenose dolphins and a flock of Cape gannets feeding just ahead of us, so as the chum line was busy dispersing, we were pleasantly entertained by the feeding behaviour of the dolphins and seabirds! The sharks were also showing us their love today, giving some nice up close and personal passes to all the divers. “Little Roundy” turned up and was a regular throughout both trips, trying his luck to sneak up on the bait line! This juvenile shark with the rounded dorsal fin can always be counted on for some great shark action! We were happy to host the winners of our Valentine’s day social media contest, Lee-Ann + Ben, on the trip this morning. Both avid surfers from the Cape Town area these two lovebirds jumped at the chance to learn more about the apex predator they share the waters with. And what’s more romantic than celebrating Valentine’s in a cage with your partner, watching a graceful and majestic Great White swim past you! Congratulations Lee-Ann + Ben…
