It wasn’t long before we spotted our first shark swimming up the chum line today! The plankton bloom has dissipated and the bluer waters were perfect for spotting those dark shadows cautiously swimming towards us. Within 30min of anchoring, we had 3 different Great White sharks swimming in our view and it only got better from there – with speedy chases for the bait line and up close and personal passes in front of the cage! We also had a Short-Tailed stingray join us again today, and it seemed to stay around throughout both trips for us, even daring to go for the bait line as the sharks were circling around it! It certainly was a great day to be on the water…
