Starting your shark cage diving experience with a pod of Humpback dolphins is just how we do things here at Marine Dynamics. A great day to be anchored around the Island, due to the tremendous visibility and the abundance of shark activity. Out of the 12 sharks spotted today only 3 sharks were under the 4 meter length margin. We also had the added bonus of seeing a Brydes whale just a stone throw away from the boat. A juvenile Gannet was lucky in catching a very large fish, despite the struggle the bird won in the end. We also had a Giant Petrel who was determined to play tag with the Great White Sharks; it barely escaped with all its feathers intact. A very eventful day…
If you are looking to get up close and personal with the great white shark then Shark Diving in Gansbaai, and more specifically with Marine Dynamics, is a once-in-a-lifetime experience you won’t want to miss. Book online with us and get a free video of your encounter with the world’s apex predator.
