We had a beautiful send off this morning from a massive flock of Cape cormorants who were flying by the harbour as we were leaving for the first trip, and the day only got better from there! Once we reached the dive site it was clear that our amazing visibility from the past few days had only gotten better! The sharks took no time at all to arrive and seemed to appear all at once having two, even three sharks, in front of the cage at times. Our satellite tagged shark “Maureen” decided to swim by us again today and continues to impress everyone with her 4.6m length. We couldn’t have asked for a better day spent with the sharks…

If you are looking to get up close and personal with the great white shark then Shark Diving in South Africa, and more specifically with Marine Dynamics, is a once-in-a-lifetime experience you won’t want to miss.
