Another stunning day inshore with plentiful sharks. We launched from Gansbaai harbor this mornig (due to low tide) and observed two elegant brydess whales working a baitball of anchovy as we passed by Dangerpoint peninsula. This year the sharks are late to appear at Dyer Island therefore we anchored at JoubertsDam. The first shark to arrive was a large 4m male who gracefully glided by the cage as our divers were kitting up. The guests on board were a group from Belgian brought to us and guided by Chris and Monique Fallows of Apex shark expeditions, False Bay. We saw 7 sharks in total along with a large thornback skate. The guests really enjoyed the knowldege and passion Chris and Monique had to share with them regarding our Marine life in SA, as welll as the stunning white shark activity and experence with Marine Dynamics.

If you are looking to get up close and personal with the great white shark then Shark Diving in Gansbaai, and more specifically with Marine Dynamics, is a once-in-a-lifetime experience you won’t want to miss. Book online with us and get a free video of your encounter with the world’s apex predator.
