Location: Mouth of Shark Alley

Water Temperature: 16.2’C

Depth: 12.6m

Visibility: 4.5m

Number of Sharks:  6

Conditions: Overcast

The overcast conditions didn’t deter the sharks today, they showed up within 30minutes of anchoring at the channel mouth of Shark Alley.  The first shark to arrive was our largest and most active shark of the day, at a size of roughly 4.7m.  While other sharks came and went throughout the trip, this beautiful big shark stayed with us right till the end, giving the divers pass after pass.  The weather cooperated nicely with us, holding off the rain right till the end of the last cage.  Rain or shine the Great Whites are always worth the trip out to sea…-Helen
