Two very successful trips today, both with an abundance of sharks! Even though we had a chilly wind out on the water, it was bearable due to the spaciousness of the boat and the fact that we have large tarps which can be dropped down to offer protection from the elements. An added bonus of seeing a Southern Right Whale on our way toward Shark Alley was great! Our second trip had the bonus of seeing a large group of penguins making their way towards Dyer Island, most likely to go tuck themselves in for the night! The trips had several sharks leaping for joy and I was happy to have my camera ready! Let’s see what tomorrow has in store…
