Location: Joubertsdam
Water Temperature: 18.4’C
Depth: 10.9m + 14.9m
Visibility: 2m
Number of Sharks: 3+2
Conditions: Sunny with minimal wind

The water was unusually warm today and it appeared as if the sharks were taking advantage of this, staying mostly just below the surface of the water. Our largest shark of the day was a lengthy 4.5m and we were lucky enough to have not one, but two of these impressively sized sharks throughout the day. Although the sharks were a bit sporadic, they were giving nice close passes whenever they came, even our youngest client on board, a 7 month old baby, loved the up close sightings. Between shark passes we had one massive jellyfish that very kindly kept the divers entertained. All in all, a lovely day on the water…
