The sharks had a quick arrival today, being seen swimming up our chum line within 10 minutes of anchoring! Our first shark of the day was one with an acoustic tag just below the dorsal fin. This is a shark that has been in the area for quite some time now and can be easily recognised due to having the top half if his caudal fin taken clean off. Our largest shark of the day was a 4.0m female, who kept turning on the bait line, giving the divers some fantastically up close and personal passes! Let’s hope the activity keeps up for tomorrow…
