Trip Comments:

Today was once again proof that shark cage diving is an activity for the young and the old! We had quite some kids that joined us and most of them went in to the cage, including a 6 year old. And boy did they enjoy, they weren’t even scared! With the strong easterlies that we’ve been having the last two days the water temperature has dropped to a mere 12 degrees. The sharks didn’t seem to mind as we saw 7 sharks on our first trip and 6 on our second trip. Amongst them were quite some familiar faces, including Little Rosie, Pieter and Malcom X. Pieter showed his typical behavior, chasing the bait around on the surface of the water while Malcom X was more relaxed and just cruising around the boat.
