Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks, Short-tail stingrays, African penguins + Subantarctic skuas
Summary: A day off the water but we were back and ready to shark cage dive! Conditions were as good as it gets, with low swell, clear skies and good visibility, offering a great time on the water. Shark activity was beyond impressive, with multiple Bronze whaler sharks present in the bay at one time. Those on board and in the water were able to witness multiple individuals at a time, an impressive example of their schooling behaviour. Another visitor made a turn at the vessel, the Short-tail stingray. Returning to the harbour, the first trip also saw a raft of African penguins out on the water, dipping around the front of the vessel. Thank you to everyone who joined us today, it was a pleasure having you all on board!
