Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks, Broadnose sevengill shark, Short-tail stingrays + Cape fur seal
Summary: A fair day on the water, with sunny skies as we departed Kleinbaai Harbour for our trips. Arriving on anchor, sharks were quick to welcome the guests, with the Bronze whalers arriving first. Multiple individuals consistently passed in front of the cage, with good visibility allowing a great view of these animals in their natural habitat. Both trips were lucky enough to gain additional sightings of the Broadnose sevengill sharks and the impressive Short-tail stingrays, totaling 3 elasmobranch species for the day! Cape fur seals were also seen around the dive site, with one individual showing off their predation skills for divers to see. Thank you to everyone who joined us for the trips today, it was a pleasure having you on board Slashfin!
