Location: Joubertsdam

Water temperature: Low

Visibility: Moderate

Sightings:  Bronze Whaler shark, Cape Fur seals, African penguins, Humpback dolphins + Bryde’s whale

We onyl had to wait a few moments for our first shark to appear…this female Bronze Whaler shark

The divers today were all excited to get into the cage and there were smiles allround

Another Bronze whaler joined us later in the trip, this time a male individual

We had quite a few close encounter throughout the morning, making for some great underwater views of the sharks

With abit of time to spare due to lowtide we went to take a look at the Islands and spotted this lone African penguin

Geyser Rock and surrounding waters was full of Cape Fur seals today

What a finish! This Bryde’s seen behind the Islands just before we made our way back to harbour
