Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks, Cape fur seals,  Giant Petrels + Broadnose sevengill shark

Summary: We launched from Kleinbaai Harbour, energized by a strong and steady easterly wind. As we moved out, the excitement among our divers and spectators was palpable, everyone eagerly awaiting the arrival of the Bronze whaler sharks. And what a thrilling experience it turned out to be! The sharks came incredibly close, taking advantage of the lower visibility to stealthily glide through the water and move swiftly around us. It was the perfect day for such encounters, topped with the additional appearance of Broadnose sevengill sharks. Adding to the spectacle, a few cheeky Cape fur seals joined the scene, playfully chasing after mullets. Above, giant petrels gracefully sailed over the water’s surface, adding to the wild beauty of the moment. Thank you to everyone who joined us today! it was truly unforgettable!
