Summary: An unforgettable day on the water! The best conditions we’ve had over the past week, with low swell, a slight breeze and clear skies. The short trip to the anchor site was thrilling with the accompaniment of the Sub-Antarctic skuas guiding us in. Dropping anchor, both trips for the day did not have long to wait before the Bronze whaler sharks arrived. The shark activity was thrilling, with multiple individuals offering divers an up close experience with some of our oceans apex predators. The Short-tail stingray was present through the day, showing off on the bait line and impressing us all with their sheer size amongst the sharks. Playful Cape fur seals did what they do best, dipping and diving around the vessel and offering more wildlife sightings of our abundant bay. Thank you to everyone who joined us, it was an absolute pleasure creating these memories with you!
