Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks, Cape fur seal, African Penguins + Bryde’s whales
Summary: An exceptional morning out at sea with unforgettable sightings from start to finish. We began our journey with views of African penguins as we made our way to the dive site. Upon arrival, our crew ensured everything was perfectly in place, and it wasn’t long before our first bronze whaler shark appeared. Our divers were treated to some fantastic close encounters, with multiple individuals spotted throughout the dive. A Cape fur seal also kept us company for most of our time on anchor, adding to the experience. On our return to the harbor, we were surrounded by Cape gannets soaring close to the boat, and to top it all off, we were lucky enough to encounter two Bryde’s whales. A huge thank you to all our divers for joining us!
