Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks, Common Dolphin + Indian Ocean humpback dolphins
Summary: Yet another great day out in the Kleinbaai waters, with sightings of multiple species. The first trip of the day were able to witness a large pod of Common dolphins, known for their playful and charismatic behaviour in larger numbers. At the dive site, we were met with fantastic visibility and consistent shark activity that allowed divers to view the Bronze whaler sharks up close as they passed in front of the cage. The last trip of the day sighted the endangered Indian Ocean humpback dolphins in the shallow waters near Uilenkraal. These typically shy and docile animals were seen predating on bait balls, with impressive breaches and tail slaps! A brilliant summers day spent out at sea, thank you to everyone who joined us for their shark cage diving adventure!
