Conditions: no wind with low swell
Perfect conditions greeted us this morning. There was almost no wind and a very low swell for our area. The copper sharks wasted no time at all coming over to the boat. While the coppers were quite active, we had a cape fur seal that clearly hadn’t drunk any coffee yet. He very lazily swam around often appearing to almost be sunbathing. After everyone had a chance in the cage, we made our way back to harbour on still calm waters.
For our second trip, we once again headed back to our dive location with the sun shining bright and calm water. At the dive site guests excitedly waited for the crew to pick up the cage and attach it to the boat. As soon as the cage was attached first copper sharks appeared. Sharks’ performance was incredible and divers were in awe of the incredible grace and beauty they got to witness. Once again a Cape Fur Seal was bathing next right next to us. After everyone had enough time in the cage we pulled it onto the boat and headed back to the Great White House to have some soup and enjoy the video of our great trip.
