A beautiful morning out on the sea with the sharks making it extra special. We had only a 10 minute wait for the sharks to appear with a tiny juvenile shark making its’ presence known, after this one they kept coming! We had one of Slashfins’ current frequent visitors show up, a average size female with parasites on her head. Whilst this shark doesn’t always stick around the time she spends with us is always exciting. One of our last sharks for the trip was the largest of the morning, a male just under 4.0m in length showed up and gave those on board something to talk about! The winds had picked up for the second trip of the day however it was still a pleasant afternoon to be out on the water. This trip saw the arrival of “Rosie”, the large female spotted back in the bay for the first time since Winter last year only a few days ago and already making a lasting impression! We also had the parasite female back with a male very similar in size and also with a few parasites of his own. What a fintastic day on board Slashfin…
