Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks, Short-tail stingray + Cape fur seal
Summary: Great weather conditions welcomed us out of Kleinbaai harbour this morning with low swell and clearing skies! Shortly arriving to the dive site, divers were in the wetsuits and ready to jump into the cage, welcomed by the Bronze whaler sharks. Large individuals made close passes in front of the cage, offering thrilling sightings despite the reduced visibility. An additional visitor, the Short-tail stingray was next to arrive, a female that has been sighted in the bay since 2014! The activity continued into the second trip of the day, making for a successful morning of shark cage diving. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this adventure!
