With flat calm seas and the sun high in the sky this morning, the ride to our dive site was glorious. After dropping anchor and gearing up our divers, we were instantly greeted by several copper sharks. Cage Time!! We hustled in and got to know our sharky friends very well this morning. With the stunning visibility, some of the best for a while it was a real treat to see these guys cruising towards the cage from a good distance. We had the copper today with the distinctive scar across the snout, who was super docile and keen on just chilling in the morning sun, she is a nice sharks to watch. We also had a copper shark today with a very very fresh bite mark on the left flank just behind the gills, potentially something saucy going on out there! Otherwise a fabulous trip around this morning.
