Summary: After a stormy day yesterday we were ready to head back to sea! Today we faced some slight winds only and little swell. Welcoming our guests aboard our Shark cage diving vessel Slashfin, we left Kleinbaai Harbour behind us. On the first two trips either on our way to the dive side or back to the harbour, we spotted a raft of the critically endangered African Penguins. Arriving at our dive side the crew set up the cage and attached it to the side of the boat while our guests got geared up into their wetsuits. After just a few minutes of waiting we were greeted by not just our beloved Bronze whaler sharks but also Short-tailed Stingrays. Both species being extremely curious our guests were able to get some nice and close-up looks at the individuals while passing the cage. Some were even lucky to have had another visitor, a Cape fur seal pass by. After a long but successful day out at sea we packed up and made our way back to Kleinbaai Harbour.
