We headed out nice and early this morning in our mission to see some sharks! We geared up in the shallows and talked all things shark, as well as the greater ecosystem that we have around the bay. We waited a little while for our first shark sighting, but we were lucky and got our divers in the cage! With a couple of nice passes from this copper shark, our cage divers got some nice close encounters with this stunning 2.8m copper shark. Activity dipped a little through this trip, but we kept ourselves busy talking about the shark we had seen, and then all of a sudden back she came to give our second cage a couple of passes. She quietly disappeared into the depths… After repositioning our anchor we were lucky enough to get another couple of passes from some different copper sharks. This afternoon we had some nice sharks to start off the trip, but activity dipped a little towards the middle of the trip. We had a few more nice passes during the trip, and some happy cage divers on our hands!
