We launched at seven from the Kleinbaai harbour and were heading straight towards Jubertsdam. Arrived at the dive site after a10min boat trip we started chumming straight away and were hoping to see a white shark. We have been waiting for almost two hours but the luck was on our side and we got to see a shark. In the end we encountered four different individuals, all of them around 3 meters.

The second trip of the day launched with hopes that we too would see a White shark. We did not have long to wait with a juvenile that was also seen on the first trip turning up. This is the same shark that we saw for the first time this year yesterday as it joined us on our second and third trip. She came nice and close for our guests in the first and second cage but unfortunately left us after that and did not return for the rest of the trip. We headed to the Islands to have a look at the Cape Fur seal colony of Geyser Rock before coming back to land.

A successful day for the team and guests of Marine Dynamics.
