We left the harbour on a bit choppy waters but as soon as we got to the dive location we were treated with a sighting of a beautiful sunfish that was just swimming by around 20 m away from us. Once we attached the cage to the side of the boat and started chumming the water, Bronze Whalers started to arrive. Our divers couldn’t wait to get into the cage so they quickly geared up and were ready to start their adventure. Every cage had some really close encounters with the copper sharks, giving them a chance to have a really good look at them underwater. Cape Fur seal gave us a visit as well, porpoising around the boat for a short period of time. As the divers got into the last cage of the trip at least a thousand of Cape Cormorants flew our way from Dyer Island and landed on water very close to our boat, looking like a carpet on water they gave our guests a great experience of watching such an incredible sight. Once everyone were happy with their sharks cage diving experience we headed back to the harbour.
