Today we ventured out to the shallows hoping to get our eyes on some sharks. And we were not disappointed this morning. We had some nice activity from our copper sharks this morning, with the very very scratched up copper shark at around 2.7m coming in and checking us out fairly consistently through the trip. Activity dipped so we changed our position, which payed off as we got ourselves a bit of an increase in activity. We even had a cheeky cape fur seal come in and check us out by the cage, seemingly having fun chasing the mullet around the boat. The second trip in the afternoon saw slightly less activity, but we were persistent and tried our hardest to catch glimpses of the copper sharks. Even though we had a slightly slow day, our cage divers had super fun in the cage and every day on the water is a bliss day either way!
