Location: Joubertsdam

Water temp: Low

Visibility: Moderate

Sightings: Common dolphins, African penguin + Cape Fur seals

A disturbance of the water just outside harbour turned out to be a large pod of Common dolphin

A stunning, not so common encounter with some lovely up close encounters

A great way to start of the trip

The youngest and bravest on board today!

We stumbled across a lone African penguin on our way to the Islands

Before heading back to land we cruised by the Cape Fur seal colony on Geyser Rock

Sitting and waiting for some sharks

Unfortunately, no luck for us but everyone got in the cage

Some penguins on the way to the island

And curious seals in the Shark Alley

Nice time to get some suntan
