Summary: A day of successful trips for all guests and divers who boarded our shark cage diving vessel Slashfin! Once suited in wetsuits, we were able to witness the Bronze whaler sharks, present in a wide range of sizes, getting up close and personal with our divers. Sightings continued with the Short-tail stingray appearing, showing off their large size and grace. After a successful trip, we began our trip back to Kleinbaai harbour, but not before spotting a raft of the charismatic African penguins. The second trip were even lucky enough to witness a Humpback whale before arriving at the dive site, a clear indication of the whale season to come. Their return journey even had an encounter with the endangered Indian Ocean Humpback dolphin, meaning all Marine Big 5 were sighted!
