For our first trip of the day we headed to the shallows for some sharks! We waited around 20 minutes for our first shark, but it was well worth the wait and well worth braving the cold. This first shark was a 4.5m female, that loves to cruise just below the surface, very graceful and very beautiful. Our next shark was the 3m female with the dark scar just at the base of the dorsal fin, she was a little more active this morning with some great passes by the cage. She was followed shortly by a small 2.5m shark and then clubtail! Clubtail was in a bit of a chill mood today with just a couple of passes and on she went. Next we had a 3.8m female that was acoustically tagged by our team yesterday, which is cool to see that she is hanging around! Mini nemo was next, with some stunning aerial displays, and his usual mischievous self! Our final shark of the trip was white and bite! She cruised by for our final cage, and we had ourselves and awesome shark trip!

After a short bumpy ride, we arrived back in The Shallows for our second trip. Luckily it wasn’t long before the sharks were back again. The sharks were absolutely amazing, with some being incredibly curious to everything happening around the boat. In the end we had a total of four white sharks visit our boat, with a few coming around again and again. Even a daring Cape Fur Seal visited us, but not for long. In the end our guests had an amazing time both on the boat, and in the water, and soon we headed back to shore, where our guests went on their way for future adventures, keeping this one for the memory-bank.
