Location: Gansbaai, South Africa

Dive site: Joubertsdam

Water temp: Moderate

Visibility: Poor

Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks + Cape fur seals

Summary: A great day spent out at sea in our beautiful bay of Joubertsdam. Our guests were excited and eager to see what the day had in store. After just a few minutes of waiting, we had our first sighting of a Bronze Whaler shark. Although activity was a little slow at the beginning, we soon had frequent sightings, with several large individuals coming in close to our divers in the cage. It turned into a truly wonderful day on the water. From all of us at Marine Dynamics, thank you very much for joining us today.
