Location: Joubertsdam

Water Temperature: 14.5°C + 14.6°C + 14.6°C

Depth: 9.2m + 9.8m + 7.6m

Visibility: 1.5m + 2m + 1m

Conditions: A few clouds in the morning, with the sun breaking through and the wind picking up in the afternoon.

The sea was beautifully flat this early morning, as we headed out to our dive site. Some lowlying clouds hung in the air, but they quickly dissipated as the day progressed. We arrived in The Shallows, the cage was attached to the side of our vessel, and our divers climbed into their wetsuits. Our initial visitors were a few beautiful Copper sharks, but after a quick relocation, several gorgeous white sharks came up to the boat. We were visited by some familiar faces such as Mini-Nemo and Clubtail, plus a few newer visitors to our area. It was a fantastic day out at sea, as the white sharks came back again and again. Afterwards we headed back to shore where our guests finished their trip with some homemade bread and lovely vegetable soup.
