Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks, Cape fur seal + Storm petrels
Summary: An overcast day on the water, but nothing that could dampen the spirits of excited guests and crew! Once out of Kleinbaai harbour, it was a short and adventurous journey to the dive site. Already adorned in wetsuits due to some morning drizzle, the first divers of the day were more than ready to hop into the cage upon the arrival of the first shark. Cooler water temperatures were braced with guests experiencing the Bronze whaler sharks directly in their natural habitat. A curious Cape fur seal also showed up, playfully maneuvering around the cage and showing off their agility in the water, with the second trip experiencing great activity too. A massive thank you to everyone who embraced today’s adventure with Marine Dynamics!
