The White sharks were a little slow off the block this morning with our first Great White appearing amongst the Bronze Whalers further on in the trip. This smaller juvenile made a few passes before disappearing. With a slow in activity an anchor move was decided on and we moved closer inshore with our luck increasing there. We had multiple Bronze Whalers around the boat and two other juvenile White sharks joining us. These two, whilst small, gave some great passes and appeared to enjoy cruising around investigating us and the boat as much as we enjoyed watching them.

The second trip of the day caught a glimpse of copper just after re-anchoring. These lovely coloured Bronze Whalers were around for most of this trip, backing off every now and again when the White sharks approached. The same three little White sharks from the first trip appeared again for the afternoon, allowing our guests to not just see one species of shark but two!

The Short-tailed stingrays were also a feature of the day, with what appeared to be at least two of them coming and going, one considerably larger and content on charging and scaring away the smaller individual.
