Location: Gansbaai, South Africa

Dive site: Joubertsdam

Water temp: Moderate

Visibility: Poor

Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks, Short-tail stingray & African penguins

Summary: What an incredible day! We started our day with a couple of rafts of endangered African penguins on the water, getting nice and close to us. As soon as we anchored, our excited guests got into their wetsuits and we could begin! Just a few minutes in, the first Bronze whaler shark appeared in the back of the boat! We also got lucky to see a Short-tail stingray, impressing our guests with her massive size! The shark activity increased during our day, leaving all our guests in awe! Thanks to everyone for joining us today!
