Another beautiful day at sea with sharks! This morning we went out into the lovely sunshine with one thing on our minds… The magnificent and sometimes elusive great white. Having shifted our anchor to maximize our opportunity to witness some shark activity. We were rewarded for our patience and got our first white shark. Up came the pale 4m female that we think was camera tagged, she played around the boat for a while this morning coming and going as she pleased. Next up we had the slightly smaller female with the bite wound on her right flank. She passed super quick and was gone again. With a bit of a drop off in activity and a quick glance of a copper shark, we thought we’d had our share for the morning. But never assume when it comes to white sharks! We had another shark pop up to close out our trip for the morning! For our second trip we didn’t have to wait long to get our eyes on a shark, having geared up and gotten ready we were in the cage in no time to share the water with some awesome sharks!
